ASEAN Asset Management
AAM is the portfolio administration, analytics and reporting platform of the Vina.Trade ecosystem — built in Ho Chi Minh City, for the way capital is actually held across Southeast Asia.
Why we built it
Regional portfolios are held in pieces
A typical ASEAN portfolio spans a domestic brokerage account, a regional or offshore account, bank deposits in two currencies, fund subscriptions that report quarterly, and often a digital asset holding. Each source reports in its own format, on its own cut-off, in its own currency.
Global reporting platforms are built for a different shape of client, at a price that assumes a different scale of assets. Local tools stop at the single broker account. The gap in between is where most investors and advisers end up maintaining a spreadsheet — and where the errors live.
AAM was built to close that gap: a book of record that treats every one of those sources as a first-class holding, and derives performance, exposure and reporting from it.

How we work
Principles we hold to
These are not marketing lines. They are the reasons behind product decisions you will notice while using the platform.
Every number carries its basis
A return figure without its period, cash-flow treatment and fee basis is a claim, not a result. The assumptions travel with the number.
History is not rewritten
Corrections create new versions. What was reported at the time stays retrievable, because that is what an audit actually asks for.
Boundaries stated plainly
We say what the platform does not do as clearly as what it does. Scope creep in a financial system is a risk, not a feature.
Your data is portable
Open-format export at any time, at no charge. A platform that is hard to leave is relying on the wrong thing.
No invented credibility
We do not publish assets-under-management figures, client counts or certifications we cannot evidence. Ask us for a reference and we will arrange a real one.
