These terms govern use of aam.vina.trade. Use of the AAM platform itself is governed by a separate written service agreement, which prevails over this page in the event of any inconsistency.
Nothing on this website is investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. AAM provides software. It does not take custody of assets, execute orders, or make recommendations.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Vina.Trade JSC ("we", "us"), 21 Nguyen Trung Ngan Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. "AAM" and "ASEAN Asset Management" refer to the portfolio administration, analytics and reporting platform we operate.
2. Scope of our service
AAM is licensed software for recording, valuing, analysing and reporting on investment portfolios. Specifically, we do not:
- hold, control or have the ability to transfer client money or securities;
- route, place or execute orders on any venue;
- provide investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, or any recommendation regarding an instrument, allocation or manager;
- act as a custodian, broker, dealer, fund manager or investment adviser.
Responsibility for investment decisions, for regulatory permissions applicable to your own activity, and for the accuracy of data you supply, remains with you.
3. Illustrations and figures on this site
Interface images on this website are illustrations of the software. They do not depict any real client, portfolio, holding or result. No figure shown on this site represents an actual investment outcome, and no performance is promised, projected or implied.
Where the site describes platform capabilities, those descriptions are indicative. The functionality made available to you is that set out in your service agreement and order form.
4. Investment risk
The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Certain instruments — including digital assets, private holdings and leveraged products — carry a materially higher risk of loss. Improving the quality and timeliness of reporting does not reduce investment risk.
5. Use of this website
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own evaluation. You may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that affects site availability, without our written permission.
6. Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at any given moment. Content may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Service levels for the platform, where applicable, are those set out in your service agreement.
7. External links
This site links to other Vina.Trade properties, including trading.vina.trade and capital.vina.trade, and may link to third-party sites. Those are separate products or organisations with their own terms and risk profiles. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Intellectual property
The AAM and Vina.Trade names, logos, interface designs and site content are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on material published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability in connection with use of the platform is governed exclusively by the service agreement.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The governing law and dispute resolution mechanism applicable to a platform engagement are those stated in the relevant service agreement.
