Privacy notice
This notice covers the aam.vina.trade website. Client data processed inside the platform is governed by your service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Short version. This website has no accounts, no analytics profiling and no advertising trackers. The contact form does not send anything to us — it opens your own mail application. If you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to answer it.
1. Who is responsible
Vina.Trade JSC, 21 Nguyen Trung Ngan Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates AAM (ASEAN Asset Management) and this website. For any privacy question, write to htvina@aol.com.
2. What this website collects
Information you send us
The enquiry form on the contact page composes a message in your own email client. Nothing is submitted to a server on this site. When you then send that email, we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, email address, company and the description of your situation.
Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP address, request time, requested page, referrer and user agent. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are retained for a limited period.
Third-party resources
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives the request, including your IP address, under its own privacy terms. No other third-party resource is loaded on this website.
3. What this website does not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels
- No behavioural profiling or audience segmentation
- No sale or rental of personal data, in any circumstances
- No cookies set by us for marketing purposes
4. Why we process enquiry data
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our commercial correspondence. If we do not enter into an agreement, we retain that correspondence only for as long as it remains commercially or legally relevant, and delete it on request.
5. Client data inside the platform
Where AAM processes portfolio data on behalf of a client, we act on that client's instructions under the service agreement. That agreement sets out hosting region, retention periods, staff access, sub-processors, incident notification and export on termination. This website notice does not replace or modify it.
Please do not send unredacted client identifiers, account numbers or credentials by email. For an evaluation we will confirm a secure transfer method before you send any sample data.
6. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate the website and our email — principally our hosting and email providers — and where we are legally required to do so. We do not share enquiry data with the other products in the Vina.Trade ecosystem for their own marketing.
7. Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to htvina@aol.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Where local law grants you additional rights, those apply in full.
8. Security
Website traffic is served over HTTPS. Measures applied to the platform itself — access control, encryption at rest, audit trail and backups — are described on the security page and specified in the service agreement.
9. Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date below. Contractual privacy terms with existing clients change only through the agreed contractual process, not through this page.
