Response times
New enquiries are answered within two business days. Support requests from clients under an active agreement follow the response times set out in that agreement.
Sending sample data
For an evaluation we ask for a redacted export — positions and transactions with client names and account numbers removed. We will confirm a secure transfer method before you send anything.
